What awesome habits you formed and which ones you are planning on sticking with long term. I love meal prepping and giving myself no choice but to have good foods in my house. I plan to continue to meal prep and plan ahead for any variables Why did you decide to do the nutrition challenge? I needed to re-evaluate my eating habits after having a baby, and this was the perfect way to get me back on track. Having the accountability AND my competitive nature, it helped me regain focus. What is the most important thing you learned? I learned you need support when making changes to your lifestyle. Without it, you can set yourself up for failure. Do you have any advice for others? Give yourself grace. We cannot follow everything perfectly, but knowing when we fall off for one meal, or one day- you can easily get back on track. Just stay consistent!
